Euroradio 2010 – Saturday 9 October

EURORADIO 2010
France Radio Club and Offshore Echo’s annual event commemorates the best of offshore radio, with special guests and video presentations. Euroradio 2010 takes place in Calais, France on Saturday 9 October, at the Hotel Mercure (previously Hotel Georges V) in the centre of Calais.

Special Guests include:

PETER CHICAGO No need to introduce Peter, who will will talk about his experiences on board the Mi Amigo

RAY ANDERSON involved behind the scenes of offshore radio since the early 70’s with RNI, and later with Atlantis, Caroline and not forgetting Laser Hot Hits

RICHARD THOMPSON better known as Buzby – was a Deejay on Radio Caroline between 1978 and 1980

Our guests will be interviewed by PAUL GRAHAM and LUC DE GROOT

THE EVENT
Euroradio 2010 starts at 2.30pm local time, with a video presentation, including the new Offshore Echo’s DVD on Radio Monique, as well as other video looking at the best of offshore radio. Later in the afternoon, we’ll be talking to our special guests about their offshore radio experiences. The Offshore Echo’s Boutique will be open during the event, featuring a wide range of offshore radio CD’s, DVD’s, Books and related merchandise.

EURORADIO DINNER
Meet our guests and friends informally, in the evening, before the special Euroradio dinner. This takes place in the Café de Paris restaurant, close to the hotel.
